Matt Morrison, PgDip (Management), is a former Strategy Executive with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and a principal of the BBC UK Centre of Excellence for Interactive Media, a commercial business that was subsequently bought by a top-tier technology firm. As a result of that success, he was asked to work with leading advertising agency, Grey as the Director of their Media & Entertainment practice during a period of business change. He subsequently moved to Madrid to oversee creation of a new client services practice for financial consulting firm, Andersen. As a founder of the Barefoot Investments concept, he now works full-time as a Barefoot Investments; he also volunteers business coaching and mentoring services to the Prince’s Youth Business Trust in the UK. Originally from London, Matt now splits his time between homes in England and Northern Ireland and projects in Latin America and Asia. |

Matthew Pontoles, BA (Hons) Tourism Management, is a sales management professional formerly of the Touch Group Plc, international publishing division in London. He is a founding Partner and now Associate Partner of the Interlaw Group, responsible for establishing tax-efficient international business and trading companies in off-shore jurisdictions. A founder of the Barefoot Investments â„ concept, Matthew is well-travelled and has built up an impressive number of contacts in Asia and Latin America, ensuring access to local intelligence and off-market real estate opportunities. He is also responsible for commercial relationships between Barefoot Investments â„ and our representatives worldwide. He is a keen surfer and watersports enthusiast, originally from Australia and now based in the UK. |

Henry Ferreira, MComm, CeMap, is a management accountant and former city-trader (futures and options). He obtained his masters degree in South Africa and did articles at accounting firm, Arthur Andersen before joining a top-tier corporate bank marketing tax structured investments.His passion for property led to personal investment in the UK property market and re-location to England’s south coast. Henry has since qualified as a CeMap Mortgage Advisor and continues to build a network of lenders to facilitate capital raising and investment wrappers for both private placements, off-plan and retail phases of Barefoot Investments developments. He is also responsible for relations and due diligence between Barefoot Investments and overseas lending institutions, finance contractors and project auditors. |

F. Antone Accuardi, J.D., LL.M, holds a Masters in Income Taxation and is an attorney licensed for the State Bar of Oregon and the Federal District court for the District of Oregon, USA. Antone is a joint-founder of the original Barefoot concept and our regional manager for the Amercias. He engaged in complex commercial litigation before joining the consulting firm of TMC in Portland, Oregon as their general counsel and lead tax consultant. His duties ranged from commercial litigation in Federal and state courts to taxation research and the securing of substantial excise tax refunds for TMC’s mainly Fortune 500 clientele. In 1999, Antone received his Masters in Income Taxation from Golden Gate University emphasizing asset protection and company formations in his curriculum. He is currently the Managing Partner of the Interlaw Group. |
| Associate Partner | Daniel Rosen, J.D, is an investment banker and corporate attorney focusing on international real estate and venture contracts. He has counselled the senior management and boards of public and private companies in the U.S. and abroad on a range of business issues. His experience includes banking, real estate, gaming, industrials, consumer products, energy, telecoms and foreign investment. He has worked as a lawyer and investment banking advisor on transactions exceeding $1 billion in value.He received his J.D. with a concentration in International & Comparative Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University where he was Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International & Comparative Law. He received his B.A. in International Relations from Clark University, magna cum laude. Daniel is a member of the New York State and American bar Associations and their Business Law and International Law & Practice sections.Daniel is a candidate for admission to the Florida Bar having passed the July, 2006 bar exam. |
