Non-executive Advisory Members: Our advisors review our general business progress on a regular basis using reports and briefings provided by the executive team, auditors, technical advisors, community trustees and the chairperson of our member council. Their role ensures that objective advice is available to the business from a wide pool of experience and expertise.

The Lord Alderdice
John Alderdice was appointed to the UK’s House of Lords in 1996, one of the youngest ever life peers. His contribution to peace has been recognised through a number of international awards, including Honorary Citizenship of the City of Baltimore (1991), W A Harriman Award for Democracy (Washington 1998), John F Kennedy Profiles in Courage Award (1998), Silver Medal of the Congress of Peru (1999), Medal of Honour of the College of Medicine of Peru (1999), Knight Commander of the Order of Francis I (KCFO, 2002) and the recent IPA and WFS Awards (2005).Formerly a Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly, he is now the current President of Liberal International. His main professional interest is the psychology of terrorism and political conflict.
Lord Alderdice resides in Northern Ireland and travels extensively for both business and pleasure.
