The Barefoot management team is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and brands. All projects and brands are represented within the team by their key personnel, and the Barefoot partners are responsible for leading this group activity to ensure long-term value for our people, projects, investors and partners.
The management team structure is comprised of Barefoot Investment Partners and Associates, representatives from the brand ventures, representatives from specific projects and a non-executive advisory board.

F. Antone Accuardi, Associate Partner (Barefoot) and Managing Partner (Americas)
Antone holds a Masters in Income Taxation and is an attorney licensed for the State Bar of Oregon and the Federal District court for the District of Oregon, USA. Antone is a founder of the original Barefoot concept and our regional manager for the Americas.
He engaged in complex commercial litigation before joining the consulting firm of TMC in Portland, Oregon as their general counsel and lead tax consultant. His duties ranged from commercial litigation in Federal and state courts to taxation research and the securing of substantial excise tax refunds for TMC’s mainly Fortune 500 clientele.
In 1999, Antone received his Masters in Income Taxation from Golden Gate University emphasizing asset protection and company formations in his curriculum.
