The Barefoot management team is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and brands. All projects and brands are represented within the team by their key personnel, and the Barefoot partners are responsible for leading this group activity to ensure long-term value for our people, projects, investors and partners.
The management team structure is comprised of Barefoot Investment Partners and Associates, representatives from the brand ventures, representatives from specific projects and a non-executive advisory board.

Joël Céré, Partner and interim Chief Executive Officer (Cacao Resorts)
Joel is an experienced leader of international communication and marketing programs with a flair for new ventures development, commercial strategy, digital media and managing cross-functional teams on innovative business projects. He has responsibility for the Cacao Resorts brand.
His professional background includes 5 years with global PR firm, Hill & Knowlton as a Vice President for Europe, Middle East & Africa, 4 years in advertising with the Grey Global Group as a Strategy/Practice Director and a few years before and after managing and consulting for several start-ups (including his own) and large media organisations in Europe, Asia and the US.
Joel lives in London, UK with his wife who share his passion for travelling across Europe, Asia and the US. He holds a MBA from the London Business School and a post-graduate degree in multimedia communication from the University of Metz, France.
