The Barefoot management team is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and brands. All projects and brands are represented within the team by their key personnel, and the Barefoot partners are responsible for leading this group activity to ensure long-term value for our people, projects, investors and partners.
The management team structure is comprised of Barefoot Investment Partners and Associates, representatives from the brand ventures, representatives from specific projects and a non-executive advisory board.

Matt Morrison, Principal Partner

Matt is a former strategy executive with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and a principal member of a BBC UK Centre of Excellence, a commercial business that was subsequently bought by a top-tier technology firm. He has also worked with leading advertising agency, Grey as the Director of their Media & Entertainment practice during a period of business change. He subsequently moved to Madrid to oversee creation of a new client services practice for financial consulting firm, Andersen.
The founding partner of Barefoot Investments, Matt is primarily responsible for the strategic direction of the group, incubation of new ventures and the growth of our “triple bottom line”. Originally from London, Matt now splits his time between North America and our projects in Latin America and Asia.
