The Barefoot management team is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and brands. All projects and brands are represented within the team by their key personnel, and the Barefoot partners are responsible for leading this group activity to ensure long-term value for our people, projects, investors and partners.
The management team structure is comprised of Barefoot Investment Partners and Associates, representatives from the brand ventures, representatives from specific projects and a non-executive advisory board.

Ryan Graves, Business Manager
“When you live and work in a big city, in a highly developed country, it’s really easy to forget how many beautiful untouched places still exist in the world. Then when you take into account the increasing amount of opportunities available for the public to invest in high rise concrete developments it’s easy to see why we forget. Property development seems to be, both in my local area and the countries I monitor, more about squeezing as many people as possible into an area, just to increase the short-term profits whilst developers move on to the next big project. Ryan traded a career in music publishing (BMG, MCPS, Condé Nast Publications) to head up the European business operations for Barefoot. He is responsible for keeping our local network informed and well looked after, for analysis of market conditions and for co-ordinating the launch of new ventures. Ryan is based full time in London, United Kingdom.
